Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) + AGM 2015

NCMF is organising a seminar on Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD).

In this seminar we will review the new rule set and explore the lessons learnt since the implementation of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive. The seminar will bring together regulatory experts, lawyers and fund management firms who will share their experiences of the approval process and other insights gained during the first period of AIFMD being implemented and firms being regulated under it. Topics covered at the seminar will include the passporting and marketing rules, the role of the custodian and discussions on the opportunities and challenges faced by market participants affected by the new regulatory regime and the harmonised framework established for alternative investment funds.

The Annual General Meeting 2015 of the Nordic Capital Markets Forum will be held in conjunction with this seminar.
